Owners overestimate, lease-holders underestimate and real estate brokers estimate the market value of renting certain real estate… According to the previous experience, we have developed our own methodology of estimating real estate and assessing real market value. We estimate, take photos and advertise your real estate as agreed with you.

We offer to lease-holders services of finding facilities which suit their needs and wishes most, with multimedia presentation, escort on the occasion of surveying the real estate and ownership list.

All real estate that we offer has been given to us by owners of the same one or their legally authorized agents (we ask the proprietorship certificate and the authorization for representation, signed by real estate owner to be submitted upon request while renting of the real estate is being carried out).The agency draws up a contract based on the agreement of both parties in which all facts concerning verbal agreement between a lease-holder and an owner are included.
